The design concept for Villa Seru Boca was developed by Mr. Todd Lee of Todd Lee Clark Rozas, Boston, Massachusettes, following in-depth research of the islands architectural history.

The interior design has been done in a way to appeal to the present day aristocracy through unpretentious, yet elegant furnishings. The goal of Gluckstein Design Planning Inc. of Toronto Canada in developing the interior design was to create a harmonious blend of casual lifestyle, open to the wonderful climate, and yet with an air of richness, grandeur and romance, recalling the charm of the plantation lifestyle, a style characterized by an eclectic approach typical of island living.
