On Floor 14 are 1 large lounge or party room, 1 large balcony, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 storage. There is garage parking for 2 cars. There is a 24/7 door man at the entrance. Most of the furniture on the pictures is included in the price.
The price of this condo is very low, particularly considering its size. It is certain that the residence is somewhat older, but only older residencies can offer the space this condo has, with the exception of a few multimillion dollar developments.
It might be that some people would prefer a remodeling of the condo, including a more modern interior design. This is not really difficult to do in Florianopolis (we can assist if so is wished), and the price for such a remodeling is very low. The residence may also need some remodeling work, which in fact happens all over the places right now. This is a good sign and it always means that the value of condos increase significantly.
