The Coast of MICHES (N-E of Dom. Rep.) is one of the best places for future tourism project development, both for waterfront and for green hills just close to the sea.

The area is still underdeveloped as far as infrastructures in concerned, the two closer international airports are: Punta Cana (110 km) and La Romana (120 km), roads are not in good conditions but a new MOTORWAY will reach the area in a few years and an airstrip for small crafts will be constructed soon close to Miches.

The coast of Miches has very nice beaches and there are two big Lagoons (called
LIMON and REDONDA) very close to the sea, it could be not difficult to connect one
Lagoon to the sea with a channel for constructing a very nice and well protected Marina inside the Lagoon.

The new motorway will short the distance from Punta Cana Airport - Miches at 90 km(see next map). The first part of the motorway is ready (P.Cana-Bavaro), the second is in progress (Bavaro-El Salado) and ready within 2008. Miches could be reached within 2012.

The land available for future tourism project, contiguous with the big extent owned by Mr. CISNEROS, measures around 12 millions square meters (3000 acres). The land includes large extent of hills and mountains and a small share of beach (950 Linear Meter of waterfront).

The hills and mountain side is a real paradise, with lots of vegetation and grass, gentle hills and a mountain (high around 800 Linear Meter) with a river and a waterfall.

The river will provide the water for the future development (that’s a big asset for Dominicana beach projects) and the waterfall could be used as a real attraction.

The beach lot is actually small (around 1 Mil M2) but the owner of the property is dealing with the neighbors’ for acquiring all the land around the Limon lagoon, including the front beach (until 3 km), for a total of around 3 Million M2 (750 acres) (not included in the current property of 12M
