The house is not far away (2 km) from the most beautiful sandy beach on the Northern Adriatic Coast, Moščenićka Draga. It is roughly a five minutes drive by car along the winded mountain road through the National Park Učka to Moščenićka Draga. There are hotels, restaurants, a bank, a post office, supermarkets and shops, a camping place, a swimming pool with sea water, tennis courts, sailing and diving schools, rent-a-boat and jet-ski, etc.
