It is situated in the Lucca hills, to the north of Lucca at altitude of 370 metres. The area is fenced off, with parking and a garden with tables, chairs, umbrellas, sun-lounges and a barbecue.

From the house it’s possible to go for walks or, if you prefer, go by mountain bike in the Apuane Alp mountains.
Close to the house is mineral water spring ( hence its name ) .
You can also buy typical, locally produced food. It is an oasis of peace and quiet.
From here you can visit all the famous art cities in Tuscany. Lucca is 18 km away, Florence 70 km , Siena 100 km, the Garfagnana 20 km and the Versilian coast offers Viareggio, Massa Carrara and Forte dei Marmi.
