village in Svizzera Pesciatina or Pescia’s Switzerland, Northern Tuscany, Italy.

front of the house offers ample covered parking and there is a gazebo facing the
swimming pool below. The swimming pool is of the ‘in ground’ type and uses salt water purification.
Surrounding the pool is the grassy meadow which in summer becomes a perfect, private solarium for private sunbathing.
The floor area of the house is 180 m. sq. over 3 levels. The ground floor is comprised of the living room with its ancient fireplace. On the right as you go in is the typical Tuscan kitchen with original stone sink and on the left is a large double bedroom. The bathroom with shower is well proportioned and light.
The first floor is comprised of a kitchen, two double bedrooms and a small bedroom
in the eaves which is very cosy and adored by children. This last room could be
converted to a wardrobe or en- suite bathroom as the plumbing is already in place.
The third floor, reached by a small stairway, is a bedroom that we call ‘La Torretta’ (the little tower) because of its external appearance. This room gives fantastic panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.
