The property is ideal for large families and those who appreciate natural beauty. Perast itself, the Bay and the surrounding areas are overlooked by dramatic, lush green mountains.
Outside:
There is a very spacious courtyard in front of the property which has grass, Mediterranean plants and stone areas with ample seating and shaded areas. To the rear of the property there is a very large terraced garden with fig, mandarin, apricot and lemon trees. In the back of the big house threre is a wonderful shaded area with a stone table and chairs (for up to 10 people) for al fresco dining.
Coast/Beach:
3 min walk to the sea where easy access to the sea is from many points (as well as a food shop) - 60 steps down to the beach from the house. Nearest market is 5 min drive away in Risan where there is a daily market with fresh produce eg fruit, vegetables, cheese, olive oil, honey, etc.
