Description
BEAUTIFUL HOUSE ON THE SEAFRONT WITH STUNNING VIEWS IN PRCANJ
Beautiful house in Prcanj situated directly on the seafront, with a stunning sea view and a big garden to the left of the house. It has a total living area of 170 m2 and a land plot size of 664 m2. It consists of a ground floor and first floor, with the possibility of finishing the attic.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The same distribution is on the first floor. There is a nice balcony on the first floor, from where it is possible for one to admire the view to this part of the bay. To the left side of the house there is a big garden situated under the shade of the trees. The garden is big enough, so there is a possibility of building another sea front building or a swimming pool if desired, which would add extra charm to the property.
In front of the house, there is a lovely beach with a small private pier right. There is also a place where one can keep a boat on the property. Excellent renting possibilities because of its fantastic position!
About Prcanj:
Prcanj was mentioned in 13th century under the name of Persano or Perzano and it is the homeland of famous Boka’s warriors as well as skilful seamen, who even in the 17th century maintained the first postal traffic between Venice and Carigrad. Presently Prcanj is a treasury of cultural and historical monuments which cause the admiration of its visitors because of the architectural design and cultural value. The Zupna Church particularly is to be highlighted. It is dedicated to the birth of Virgin Mary on the slope of Vrmica, and it is the largest one in Boka Kotorska. It was built by narrow corusilian stone up on the project of the Venetian architect Bernardino Macarucci from 1779. Nowadays, by the church there are sculptures of Njegos, Andrija Zmajevic, Josip Juraj Strosmajer, Andrija Kacic-Miosic, Francisco Uccelini and Jozo Djurovic.
