The dining room will seat 6 comfortably and the living room provides a 32" TV with Canadian Star Choice Dish service. High Speed Internet connection is also available. Do download SKYPE so that you can call friends and loved ones while you are here. Don’t forget a microphone! A cell phone is provided for your use, just go to any OXXO or Six to recharge it. On the roof is a stunning infinity pool along with plenty of space with sun or shade. The view from the pool area is awesome. The beach is 6 blocks down the hill. Children are welcome, age 10 or more, unless other arrangements are made, with a maximum occupancy of 5. Maid service will be provided once during weekly stays and once per week during monthly stays. Smoking is only permitted outside. Weekly, high season rates are $1,000 usd and monthly high season rates are $3,000 except December, which is $4,000. A cash $500 usd damage deposit will be required at check in and refunded at check out if there are no problems. Credit Cards will be accepted through PayPal for rentals, subject to a 3% credit card charge. 50% must be paid at the time of booking and the remaining 50%, 30 days out, time permitting.
