From the large 14th floor balcony the view is fantastic! You can see downtown PV, the south shore mountains and the wide expanse of the bay. You can often see dolphins playing off shore. The balcony is a great place to watch the fireworks from the pirate ship as well as the glorious nightly sunsets. The bus to town stops right in front of the Holiday Inn and is a short ride to downtown or you can catch a taxi. It is usually quiet and peaceful. In the winter, when you can leave the balcony doors open, you can hear the waves crashing at night and watch whales in the daytime.
You will have access to all the amenities of the Holiday Inn.
