The second and third bedrooms are on the lower level and there is a private entrance to the outside through the second bedroom. The second bedroom contains a kitchenette with a sink, microwave and mini refrigerator/freezer, a queen size bed, a couch, a TV/DVD player, a covered patio and a view of the ocean. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds, as well as a queen size sleeper sofa and a TV/DVD player. Other amenities include a gas BBQ, patio furniture, a quick easy walk to the beach, an outside shower, central AC/Heat, ceiling fans throughout, full- size washer and dryer, and garage access. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. Minimum 2 nights. Holidays 3 nights.
