Southridge

Southridge is the first Medicine Hat residential development south of the Trans Canada Highway. The community was developed in the late 1970s and is still growing. Southridge offers a wide variety of housing to meet whatever your needs may be. In addition to having plenty of green spaces and parks Southridge is connected to more than 90km of walking/biking trails that run throughout the city.

The Saamis Archaeological Site also finds its home in Southridge and hosts the world's largest teepee (over 20 stories high).

Southridge is conveniently close to the Medicine Hat College and Cultural Centre and is a short distance to the Medicine Hat Mall and plenty of other shopping.
