If you've ever visited Princeton you understand how fresh the air is when you breathe, how bright the stars shine at night, and realize the mountains and lakes are all there for you to explore and enjoy.
A small friendly town with a population of about 3000, it's located in the Similkameen Valley region of BC and is the gateway to the Okanagan. Princeton is part of the Cascade Mountain Range, where the Tulameen and Similkameen rivers converge here, which is why the original name for the town was Vermilion Forks.
Surrounding areas include: Tulameen, Coalmont, Hedley, East Gate, Missezula, Allison, and Chain Lakes. There is a wealth of outdoor recreational activities at you fingertips including: skidooing, dirtbiking/quading, mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, golf, fishing, hunting, goldpanning and anything else to keep you active. If you need to hit the slopes go spend the day in Manning Park or Apex ski resorts, they are only about an hours drive away. Also don't forget to explore the popular Trans-Canada Trail that runs right through town.
Princeton offers true 4 seasons weather bringing a variety of activities to keep you busy for a lifetime.
