Glenrosa is located south of downtown West Kelowna.  Approximately 10 minutes out of town, towards Crystal Mountain.  A 15 minute drive up Glenrosa Road and you will be at Crystal Mountain.  This is an awesome smaller hill for families and younger children.  You can literally be skiing and then back on the lake in an hour.

The average range of price for properties here is from mid $300,000 up to the higher $400,000.   Of course every community has it's higher end properties, but most fall within this range.  You have some spectacular views from upper Glenrosa.

Family oriented and community focussed this is a wonderful area to bring your family.  There are two schools in this area;  Helen Gorman Elementary and Glenrosa Middle School.   There is exceptional value here and the people are very friendly.
