North Delta

NORTH DELTA - A wonderful suburban neighborhood, major traffic arteries provide convenient access to all the business, shopping and recreational areas of Vancouver, Surrey, Coquitlam, United States and the rest of the Fraser Valley. The North Delta area is definitely family oriented, with numerous elementary schools and two highly reputed Secondary Schools.
The homes vary from 30+ years old to very modern homes. Some very prestigious homes are built on the cougar canyon rim which allows them to have spectacular westerly views of Burns Bog and farmlands below. The North Delta area is mostly residential on the east and industrial on the north and west side. It is located just minutes to Annacis Island Industrial Park, Tilbury Industrial Park and other business areas. North Delta has easy access to Vancouver International Airport (only 20 minutes) and only 10 minutes to the U.S. boarder.
Residents enjoy a safe, clean and quiet neighborhood and the stable prosperity of the community makes it attractive for business, recreation and peaceful living. Delta's estimated household average income is 30% higher than the Canadian average and the municipality has one of the fastest industrial growth areas in the Great Vancouver area.
