PANORAMA RIDGE- An area with it's western boundary being Scott Road, northern boundary being 64th Avenue and it's eastern boundary being King George Hwy. On the south it extends down the slope to Freeway #99. An area that features a southern slope with Hwy # 10 running full length through the middle of it. The area has seen tremendous developement in the last 15 year, older homes have been removed and newer larger homes have replaced them. A number of Townhomes sites have been constructed, because it has such fabulous access to all areas of the lower mainland.
Numberous Elementary Schools and a number of brand new Senior Secondary Schools have been built to accomodate the newly populated area. Panorama Ridge has homes starting in the mid to high $300,000 to well over $2,000,000. Home range in age from small 1950 cottages to large estates with gated homes and fabulous view. A number of Stables encourage families with horses or having horses as a hobby to reside in the area. The area is a great family area with easy access to all lower mainland reqions. The main transportation routes are Hwy #99, Hwy #10, Scott Road to the north.
Many of the homes have a view of Mount Baker, Mud Bay and the Gulf Islands. Lot sizes are anywhere from 7,000sf to acreages. The land slopes southward from Highway #10 south down to Mud Bay.
