Mount Pleasant

Home to City Hall, this is one of the most diverse neighbourhoods in Vancouver.  Situated between Cambie St. & Clarke Dr. and E.16th Ave. & Hastings St.  This neighbourhood contains multiple stations on the Expo line, as well as stations on the future Canada line. The western half of Mount Pleasant contains residential property, commercial property, the future Olympic Village of the 2010 games and Science World.  The eastern half contains industrial property and high density  housing.  This is a rapidly changing area and a recommended buy.
