West End

The west end of the capital city of St. John's offers excellent family oriented neighborhoods with affordable single and multi family detached homes that are close to all ammenities, transportation systems, connector arteries, and local industrial parks making commuting to and from work quite easy.

Most neighborhoods are within walking distance of public schools, parks, and walking trails providing the youger set with plenty of opportunities for making friends and recreation. Municipal bus service is available and children who live outside a designated area are provided with no cost school bus service.

The west end of the capital region also consists of the municiplaities of Mount Pearl and Paradise
