Bogart Pond

  On Bogart Pond is a beautiful Condo Community nestled around a Natural Pond in the centre of Newmarket Ontario.  Located at the corner of Leslie and Mulock, this private enclave is surrounded by Wooded areas and walking trails.

Most of these homes have amazing views of either the pond or wooded areas.  It's easy to forget that you're in the centre of a bustling city.   As I sit on my back deck I'm greeted by chipmonks and rabbits.  Blue Jays, Cardinals and Yellow Canaries fly in to the neighbourhood bird feeders.  Muskoka with all the amenities.

From the moment I walked into this very special neighbourhood and met the people who are lucky enough to live here, I've wanted to make it my home.  Happily that happened this  year.  As a busy single Mom and Realtor, it is a joy to "escape" to Bogart Pond at the end of the day.
