Greenboro is located inside Ottawa’s greenbelt in the south end of the city. It is bordered by Albion Rd. to the west, Conroy Rd. to the east, Hunt Club Rd. to the south and Johnston Rd. to the north.

Greenboro is a rich mixture of affordable housing for both freehold and condominiums. It has a huge selection of almost every type of housing, freehold and condo town homes, condo apartments, detached homes, etc.

Much of the neighbourhood has a park like walking path running through it. The area is minutes away from a major shopping mall at South Keys with a large variety of retailers such as Loblaws, Chapters, Walmart, Future Shop, Moores, and an abundance of restaurants. Tuscon’s features excellent Blues bands located at the corner of Hunt Club Rd. and Bank St. If you don’t have enough room for the relatives, the Southway Inn is close by.

A branch of the Ottawa Public Library is located at 363 Lorry Greenberg Drive and there is a community center on this street as well.

Additionally the area has exceptional public transit with not only buses, but is on the final stop/start of the “Ottawa O Train” located beside the Park and Ride at the South Keys mall.

Greenboro is an excellent family neighbourhood also attracting singles and students due to its affordable housing prices. For students, the O Train runs from the Greenboro area directly to Carleton University.
