Albert Park, with over 11,000 residents, has the

second highest neighbourhood population in Regina.

South Leisure Centre, the accessible playground

at Realtors Park, and other parks and ice rinks are

enjoyed by the residents. There is a mix of housing

with frequent bus service to the commercial areas on

Albert Street and the Southland mall.
