Riverside Estates

Organized in 1999, the Hamlet of Riverside Estates sits along the eastern shore of the South Saskatchewan River a short drive south of Saskatoon.

Riverside Estates exists within a country-residential setting with loads of rural character but is close enough in proximity to every urban amenity necessary. Though the community is adjacent to other existing multi-parcel developments such as Furdale and Grasswood, there is plenty of room between neighbours.

How to Get There
Travel south down Lorne Avenue (Hwy. 219) or from either direction on Hwy. 11 until you reach the junction of Grasswood Road. Turn west and then south (left) on Poplar Road.
