It is not because I live on Liman II part of Novi Sad, I will say that it is the best part of town for living, but simply it is, full stop. It is green, spacious, following the Danube path, and with most beutiful beach from Schwarzwald to the Black Sea. From my apartment window I can see Petrovaradin Fortress, Danube, Freedom bridge, and Fruska Gora Mountain, from where I am getting my fresh breeze.

There are number of playgrounds, tennis fields, foodball and basketball fields, 2 Primary Schools, and next door is Novi Sad University City, that actually it belongs to Liman I. With Merkator shopping centar, Liman Park, Sport and Business Center (SPENS), earler mentioned Strand beach, you will have it all. Apartments are up-market, and as the city planning have decided not to build anything more, it made Liman one of the most prestigious parts of town to have your home, and peace, as there are no new construction sites. Even buildings from early 70's are considered as from better quality than new ones being recently built in Novi Sad.
