Mountain View Neighborhood
The Mountain View neighborhood is graced by Sissoo trees and Petite Pink Oleander shrubs. A greenbelt, picnic tables, barbecue grills, park benches, shade ramadas, and a playground with spring bouncers, super scoop, swing set and see saw are diversions to be enjoyed in the Mountain View Park.

The Groves Neighborhood
The Groves neighborhood is ornamented by Velvet Mesquite trees and Chihuahan Sage shrubs. A greenbelt, full basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, picnic tables, barbecue grills, park benches, a shade ramada are all found in the Groves Park. The Vineyards Neighborhood

The Oaks Neighborhood
In the Oaks Neighborhood, the landscaping theme is live oak trees and Desert Ruellia shrubs. The Oaks Park offers a greenbelt, full basketball court, turf volleyball court, picnic tables, barbecue grills, park benches, shade ramada, a playground with a play structure.

The Orchard Neighborhood
The Orchard is planted with Willow Acacia and Outback Cassia. The Orchard Park sports a multi-use turf sports field is highlighted by terraced grassy seating, a shaded overlook and double-curved trellis. Children play at the play structure, swings, spring rider or turbo climber. The Picnic tables and benches encourage neighbors to gather. This park links a three mile walking loop through five Power Ranch neighborhoods.

The Arbors Neighborhood
The Arbors is accented by Willow Acacia trees and Silvery Acacia bushes. The Arbors Park sports lighted double tennis courts. The multi-use play field attracts games of all sorts while neighbors relax under shade structures. A children's play structure, spring rider, tubo climber and swings keep the little ones engaged.

Meadow View
The Meadow View Park offers a double overlay basketball court, multi-use turf sports field, shade ramada with picnic tables, barbeque grill and park benches. The Ranch House Clubhouse & Community Park
A 7.5-acre Community Park offers outdoor activities for the whole family. Residents enjoy the 2.2-acre catch & release fishing lake with wooden pier and lakeside trail, splash fountain, 25-meter swimming pool, and shallow play pool, with convenient poolside restroom. The park also features a children’s playground, full basketball court, sand volleyball court, grassy play areas, picnic ramadas with barbecues, an event pavilion and a 10-acre soccer complex with three different fields. The 4000 sq. ft. Ranch House clubhouse is home to the Community Association Office and full time activity director.

The Barn & Trailside Community Park
The new 7.3-acre Trailside Community Park is the site of a second community clubhouse, pool, 2-acre catch-and-release fishing lake, lakeside trail with sidewalks linking up with a greenbelt trail and two shaded picnic pavilions. The Barn, a new 7600 sq. ft clubhouse, has a large meeting room, catering kitchen and extensive storage facilities as well as a large event lawn for special events directly outside the rear doors. The 773-square-foot resort-style pool features a shallow play end for children with whimsical water-squirting flowers, a section for water volleyball as well as a deeper pool section and poolside restroom building.
