The Islands

 Known as the largest lake community in the Phoenix Valley, The Islands in Gilbert  offers a variety of homes from single family tract and custom homes to condos and townhouses.  Some are in gated enclaves.   Many are lakefront homes where the residents can enjoy boating, fishing or just enjoy the scenery from their deck or backyard.   All residents have access to the lake, plus the use of a community pool, tennis courts, and a fitness center.    Islanders love to have fun and with several community events taking place throughout the year, they always have something to look forward to.  In Spring there's the Easter Egg Hunt; and in December boat owners and deck the halls and then the docks for the Holiday Boat Parade.  So check the Community HOA for the Current Newsletter and catch the wave to the next event!
