Villages of Eastridge

Situated near Crismon Road between Baseline and Guadalupe in East Mesa, the Villages of Eastridge community was developed between 2002 and 2005.    Builders represented in the community include Morrison Homes, U.S. Homes, Engle Homes, and Greystone.   With Highway 60 and Loop 202 only 1 mile away, the community has great access to the entire East Valley and beyond. 

Lot sizes are generous and the community features a ribbon of wide greenbelts dotted with parks and play areas.   Desert Ridge High School and Desert Ridge Junior High School border the community to the south.   The Villages of Eastridge falls within the Gilbert Schools attendance boundary and City services fall within Mesa.  Currently, Mesa does not impose a city property tax, so the homes are assessed at a lower property rate than Gilbert or any other neighboring city.

The east side of Mesa has grown from a rural community with farms and mobile homes to its present well-conceived development of master planned communities, services including hospitals and medical offices, shopping, entertainment and even its own regional airport!   With the completion of Highway 202  East Mesa has become very accessible to all cities in the Mesa-Phoenix Metropolitan Area.   Major infrastructure and roads have been developed to quickly move traffic both East-West and North-South.

Superstition Gateway Shopping Center is located at Hwy 60 and Signal Butte Road.
