Welcome to Lakewood Mutuals, a lovely area of the city of Lakewood. The area was developed by Lakewood Park Mutual Homes in the mid 1950s. There were seven original floor plans. On the photos page are couple of the advertisements from the builders.  It's fun to look back and see how our neighborhood has changed. Please feel free to send pictures and information on activities in the neighorhood to InfoHomes@aol.com and I will post them here.

The two and three bedroom homes sit on large lots and feature hardwood floors. Many have since been added on to in creative ways to make them larger.
