Bermuda Dunes

Bermuda Dunes is a “Traditional” style golf course, designed by Billy Bell.(Also the designer of: Torrey Pines, Bakersfield and Newport Beach, Bel-Air, Riviera and Los Angeles country clubs, La Jolla Country Club, both courses at Brookside Golf Club in Pasadena, and the San Diego Country Club as well as collaborating for the design of possibly hundreds more.). It opened in 1959 and has been in the original rotation of the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic since the beginning of the Classic in 1960. Bermuda Dunes Country Club offers a wide variety of homes in all price ranges.  Homes average in price from about $350,000 from off the golf course to up to $1 million on the golf course.  Homeowner assessments include basic cable service and are currently assessed at about $94 a month. 

There are golf course bungalows, condominiums and single family homes consisting of about 1200 residential units in a variety of architectural styles, all built between 1960 and present day.  Drive through Bermuda Dunes Country Club and you'll see a mix of new home enclaves as well as individual new home construction throughout the development.
