Eastvale is an unincorporated community located on former dairy land in the North Corona area near the 60, 71, 91 and 15 freeways. It is a beautiful newer community and growing rapidly because of its ideal location for commuting and home values per square foot. The planned communities are exceptional and well maintained.
Eastvale is an unincorporated area of Riverside County with a Corona area zip code for mailing. Citizens of Eastvale are currently working toward incorporating Eastvale as a city in Riverside County. A bitter fight over the commercial corridor with Jurupa Valley is in full swing! Jurupa residents launched a cityhood campaign that would either encompass Eastvale or draw the dividing line at Hamner Avenue. Eastvale residents are rejecting both of those proposals. They understood Riverside County's General Plan was to ensure Eastvale's self-sufficiency by designating its easten border as Wineville Avenue, but Jurupa residents argue that the retail centers along the 15 freeway were built with redevelopment funds from their area and the border between them is really at Hamner Avenue. Both communities plan to incorporate their own cityhood and the tax base from the commercial development is at the center of the dispute. Eastvale residents have formed an incorporation committee and are writing local representatives and asking home builders to help with donations for their cause.
