As year round residents and golf members of Mountain View Country Club since its inception in 2003, we are very familiar with this club and equipped to answer your questions.
Mountain View Country Club residents enjoy views of the community's golf course, lakes and/or beautiful mountain vistas. When this Toll Brothers development is complete, the club will be wholly owned by the equity members. The maximum number of golf memberships is limited to 325.
Situated on an Arnold Palmer Signature golf course, this spectacular and friendly club offers a golf course that challenges every level of player, complete with practice facility, chipping and putting green.

All Mountain View homeowners are automatically social members of the club and enjoy a gorgeous 24,000 square foot Spanish Colonial-style Clubhouse with multiple dining areas, comfortable lounges, golf shop, men's and women's locker rooms and meeting facilities. The menu and quality of food provided by our head chef, Brent Pollack, is outstanding! Social membership dues are $313 month. Golf membership is optional.
A 7,000 square foot Spa and Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment, aerobics room and fitness classes, access to a personal trainer, and a day spa which offers a variety of facials, massages, manicures and the ability to host fun "spa parties" for you and your guests. Four tennis courts, lap pool, men's and women's steam rooms and snack bar are included. An active social calendar rounds out the fun for members and their guests.
Mountain View Country Club is comprised of semi-custom homes priced from the high $700's to just over $2 million, and condominiums ranging from the high 400's to mid $600's, all with rich Spanish Colonial architecture. 
Mountain View Country Club at La Quinta is located on Jefferson just south of Avenue 50.
