PGA WEST is a spectacular master-planned country club community, established in 1984, located in beautiful La Quinta, just minutes from Palm Springs, California.

PGA WEST has earned its title as "The Western Home of Golf in America"® by hosting many important tournaments, including players from the PGA TOUR, Senior PGA Tour, LPGA, and NCAA. One of the most famous shots in golf history occurred at the Stadium Golf Course, when Lee Trevino made a hole-in-one at number 17, "Alcatraz," during the 1988 Skins Game. Not to mention David Duval's amazing eagle on the 18th of the Arnold Palmer Private course to win the 1999 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic with a record breaking 59 strokes.

The Palmer Private Golf Clubhouse is situated to offer panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, the Arnold Palmer Private Course and the Jack Nicklaus Private Course from the Main dining room, Lounge and the Golf Pro Shop.

The Norman Clubhouse is a cozy wood and stone ranch style structure offering beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. There is a full service Pro shop, lounge and restaurant with patio dining, and complete practice facilities.

The Stadium Clubhouse overlooks the Jack Nicklaus Tournament and the Stadium Golf courses and offers practice facilities, an extensive Golf Pro shop, Men's and Women's Locker rooms, as well as a dining room and full Service Lounge.

The Health and Racquet Club is a 20,000 square foot private facility which boasts 19 tennis courts with 4 grass, 2 clay, and 13 hard playing surfaces, regulation British croquet lawn, state-of-the-art fitness center with cardiovascular equipment, weight resistance equipment, free weights, aerobics studio, stretching room, activity room, tennis lounge and Kids Klub.

Homes at PGA West generally range from around $400,000 to $3 million. New construction is underway at Peninsula Park, a private enclave of eighteen custom estate homes of approximately 5,100 sq. ft. and prices starting at around $2.6 million. The new "Las Ventanas" is in its final phases of new home construction on the Greg Norman Course, with custom homes starting at around $1.5 million.
