Developed by Sunrise Company, builders of country club homes in the desert area for over 30 years, Indian Ridge offers a variety of floor plans for sale built from 1993 through 2000. Over 20 floor plans are in the development. Condominium homes range from 1500+ square feet to over 2300 square feet. Single family homes are available from over 2200+ to 4500 square feet.
