Shelter Valley

Shelter Valley is 14 miles southeast of historic downtown Julian, CA.  This small high-desert (approx. 2300 ft. elevation) community is home to just 350 residents.  Lot sizes may be approx. 1 acre/2.5 acre/20+ acres.  There is an active Volunteer Fire Department, Community Center, Kids Club.  School bus transportation is provided to Julian schools.  This community is also just 23 miles to Borrego Springs, CA.  Wonderful desert/mountain views,  dark, starry nights add to the beauty of this area.  Animals permitted.  Call me for more information.  I've lived in Shelter Valley since 1979.
