South Yuba City

In South Yuba City we have large sub-divisions with two story homes and single story homes built in the 90's and newer.  There are many good deals with lots of foreclosed homes in this area now.  Also we have homes in the country on South Sutter County in Rio Oso and Pleasant Grove and Nicholous to offer you.  Sacramento commuters have bought many homes for the short commute and live in a smaller town. The Sacramento Transit bus is in South Yuba City for those working in Sacramento and do not want to drive. Near the Sacramento International Airport for those that fly to their jobs.
