Sterling Hill

Welcome to Sterling Hill. Sterling Hill is located in Spring Hill Fl, right off of Elgin (Powell) Road between Landover and Barclay. Sterling Hill is one of Hernando County's premier subdivisions. Sterling Hills is made up of smaller, gated communities within the subdivision as a whole. It has a clubhouse, pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, and a childs play area. Sterling Hill is an easy commute to the Veterans Expressway and is about a 45 minute drive into downtown Tampa (except for rush hour).
