Lake Grove

Lake Grove is a gated upscale community in Palm City.  Situated on mostly half acre lots, home designs are a mixture of Boca and Key West style with gorgeous preserve and lake views.  Homes range in size from 2,000 to over 3,500 square feet, many with pools.  The community features tennis courts and RV/Boat parking. 

About Palm City

Just to the west of Stuart and the St. Lucie River lies Palm City, a growing suburban area that has retained much of its rural charachter.  With all the amenities of more urban settings, Palm City is only minutes from I-95 and Florida Turnpike exits, shopping, "A" rated schools, hospitals and the county seat in Stuart.

Properties in this section of Martin County include gated subdivisions, golf communities, single family homes, condos, town houses and estate homes.   Palm City Farms and other western subdivisions feature equestrian properties with parcels typically ranging from five to ten acres and more.

Palm City is also a destination for boaters.  Many of the local boating communities and marinas offer deep water dockage with easy ocean access via the Saint Lucie River.
