Heritage Pines

Heritage Pines is an Active Adult Gated Golf community located on the Nature Coast of Florida just south of Spring Hill and 35 miles north of Tampa with easy access to the Sun Coast Expressway.

Heritage Pines is home for me and my wife along with 1,400 other families that love the life style the community offers. You know, you don’t just buy a home in Heritage Pines you enjoy a life style that compliments a very special time of your life.

In Heritage Pines, everyday is a vacation day!Featured are elegant architectural appointments and easy-living features in a variety of homes like maintained Villas, spacious Single-family and sophisticated estate-style residences.Magnificent is just one word used to describe the 18 hole Championship Golf Course at Heritage Pines. Designed by Ron Garl, a renowned golf course architect and designer, the course opened in January, 2000.The course features sweeping fairways and immaculately manicured greens. Designed around the community’s maturely lush landscapes and rolling hills. The course offers scenic, as well as challenging play. From the starting hole through the 18th, it tests the skill of golfers as all levels from different sets of tees. Strategically placed bunkers in the fairways and greenside await the wayward shots. All the while, the course winds through conservation areas and swings around sparkling lakes and ponds leading to a unique finish - the 18 hole is on a peninsula that extend into the lake behind the Country Club.

The Club House is the golfer’s oasis to retell those great shots and chuckle about the ones that weren’t. It provides food and beverage and enhances an air of camaraderie. Of course, our Club House has more than just a great restaurant with specials like Lobster and Prime Rib, it also has a computer room, a pool hall, a workshop, activity rooms, fitness center with state of the art exercise equipment and most importantly a Performing Arts Center which holds 400 people. A great place for community events like talent shows, mystery dinner shows, and plays. Weddings, anniversaries, family reunions are also part of the scene.

The year round Olympic-sized heated swimming pool with spa is located at the club house. A great place to cool off and socialize with friends. The deck with its umbrella tables provide a spot for food and drink.

Tennis anyone? The Heritage Pines Tennis club features four lighted soft-surface tennis courts. There are also active leagues for men, women, and couples. That’s a little too much exercise for me, my game is Bocce and there are two lighted courts ready and waiting for my friends and I.. We make it a social event by playing two nights a week. Losers buy ............. coffee of course.

When day is done and the sun begins to set my wife and I like to go for a causal evening stroll. The Fitness Trail circles through the community which always includes a stop at the conservation area with its long pier that extends out and overlooks a wetland area. Watching the last rays of sunlight dancing on the waters, I’ve often thought "Could there be a better way to end a day". Come visit Heritage Pines and experience the life style. Maybe you’ll be like my wife and me and decide to stay.Sincerely, Roger Becker, Realtor Associate and Heritage Pines resident.Visit
