Old Northeast is a bit of old Florida close to the delightful city of St. Petersburg.  St. Pete was recently voted the most "livable" city in the United States.

Old Northeast homes are full of charm -- many are almost one hundred years old.  Children play on the lush lawns as parents and friends gather on the large porches and watch.  Block parties abound.  Parts of Old Northeast are within walking distance to downtown.
