Heron Creek

What a beautiful community to live in! Bill and Ann Nolan and Pat and Larry Larson told us about Heron Creek five years ago. They are froends from White Cliffs in Plymouth, Mass.

We came down and checked out communities from North Port to The Villages. We liked Heron Creek the best and decided we would settle here.

We always like coming into the Main Entrance, particularly at Night. The Lighting is spectacular. Brick Pavered Streets with lush plantings and Palm Trees show beautifully. You can't help but feel proudto live here. Heron Creek Blvdlies strasight ahead and runs directly to the new Club house and the 24 HR Health Club. Along the way on the right side is the first hole of the Marsh Course. The street is lined with trees and plantings and has a well-groomed look about it.

The 21000 ft club house is state of the art. Downstairs is the Golf Shop and locker rooms. Uostairs is the Formal Dinng Room, the Grill Room, several club rooms for activities and meetings and then the administrative offices.

The floors are large custom ceramic tile in the halls and stairs. The main ding room is rich wood flooring. The whole club house has a comfortable feel to it.
