Georgetown is one of the finest residential communities in Chatham County because it features beautiful well-kept homes, friendly neighbors, wonderful amenities, and quick access to major shopping and professional districts in Savannah.  Georgetown Community Services Association (GCSA) is a "covenant protected community" designed to protect your property values and ensure the proper function and aesthetic quality of the neighborhoods and common area.  Amenities include:  clubhouses, pools, tennis courts, basketball court and playgrounds.  Social and seasonal activities are provided through the efforts of the GCSA Staff and community volunteers, and are free to GCSA members and tenants of members.
