Seven Bridges

Seven Bridges Community

Seven Bridges is a beautifully maintained residential community surrounded by walking paths, parks, and their nationally ranked golf course.  Community involvement is high with their active homeowners association and activities.  Homeowner pride can be seen as you travel through this wonderful neighborhood.

Naperville Unit Community School District 203 is the public school system for Seven Bridges Students plus there are also excellent parochial schools in the area.

Seven Bridges is close to Shopping, Golf, Entertainment, and highways. Conveniently located 25 Miles west of downtown Chicago.  Residents enjoy small-town living with big-city appeals.

Here are some of the neighboring commercial developments:

Edward Health and Fitness Center, a 100,000 square foot fitness center that is owned and operated by Edward Hospital in Naperville. The fitness center features a full service spa, indoor running track, basketball courts and swimming pool. Over 25,000 square feet of the center is devoted to children's activities and features a children's pool, children's gymnasium, a multi-purpose room, a locker area and a day care center.

The Seven Bridges Golf Course is a 135-acre, 18-hole championship golf course that is owned by the Village. However, the golf course is operated under the direction of a private enterprise and no resident tax dollars are used in its operation. Seven Bridges offers the ambiance, look, and services of a private facility all at a competitive price.  An outdoor deck provides open-air dining and entertainment space.

Seven Bridges Ice Arena is a world-class facility and offers over 110,000 square feet of ice skating on three ice rinks: Olympic, NHL, or collegiate-sized. The Seven Bridges Ice Arena is dedicated to developing both figure skaters and hockey players of all ages and abilities. The skating school has one of the top United States Figure Skating Association basic skills programs in the country.

The Cinemark/Imax Theatre opened in 2000 and was designed to recall the art deco movie palaces of the past. Each theater has stadium seating, rocking chairs, and tilt-up armrests. The Imax Theater is one of only a few such theaters in the Chicago metro area.

Bobak's Signature Events at Seven Bridges - Formerly operated by the Signature Room, this banquet facility is now known as Bobak's Signature Events at Seven Bridges. Owned by the famed Bobak family, owners of Bobak's Sausage Company, the facility continues to offer exquisite dining and banquet opportunities for up to 1,200 guests.

The Center at Seven Bridges is located at the northeast corner of Double Eagle Drive and Seven Bridges Drive. The Center at Seven Bridges consists of two buildings, which are home to a variety of restaurants, retailers and offices. Current tenants include Quizno’s Subs, Cold Stone Creamery, Starbuck’s, Sunny Direct, Choice Cleaners, Pak Mail, Downer’s Grove National Bank, Coldwell Banker and several doctor’s offices and salons.
