Beechtree is a master planned community in Prince George's County, MD.

Beechtree features luxury townhomes by Ryan homes as well as single family homes from Ryan homes, Mid-Atlantic Builders, & Haverford homes.  Prices start in the low 300s for the townhomes and in the mid 300s for the single family homes.

Woven throughout the community is the gorgeous Lake Presidential Golf Course.  This course is open to the public and is in superb condition.  The clubhouse is now open and features a restaurant.  A swimming pool is planned for the community as well.
