Golden Beach / Patuxent Knolls is a waterfront community located in Northern St. Mary's County Maryland.  The community is located on a peninsula of land, surrounded by Trent Hall Creek and Indian Creek, just off the beautiful Patuxent River.  The community offers beaches, fishing piers, boat launches & a playground for residents use.  Additionally, the community puts on a few great events annually, including a July 4th celebration which includes a parade and beautiful Fireworks!  The community's location is very desirable due to its central location, offering an easy commute to key employment areas, both north and south, such as the Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, Andrews Air Force Base in PG County and Washington DC.  Public transportation, to points north, is available in Charlotte Hall, just a few short minutes away.
