The Parke

 The Parke at Ocean Pines is age (55) restricted community within the Ocean Pines HOA community. It consists of 502 single family homes with all landscaping maintenence provided by The Parke Association. There is a large community center for Parke residents with managed activities including exercise, indoor pool, billiards and card games, etc. a full-time activities coordinator schedules trips, tours and many indoor and outdoor activities for the residents. There is shopping and many medical facilities nearby, but most of all, it's only 10 minutes to the beach at Ocean city.
