Town of Eastham

Eastham, known as the "Gateway to the National Seashore", is a beautiful beach town on the outer Cape Cod. We are bounded on the east by the open Atlantic Ocean and on the west by Cape Cod Bay. We sit just past the 'elbow' of Cape Cod and pride ourselves in being much like "olde" Cape Cod used to be. Eastham is a family town where you can enjoy our many beaches. Real estate in Eastham has, so far, been somewhat immune to the the national subprime credit crunch. This is so because we are largely a retirement, vacation and second home marketplace. Median sales prices have held pretty steady for the last few years although the sales volume has suffered.
