Maravista is a very popular residential/ summer rental area South of Route 28, just a short walk to Falmouth Heights, Bristol Beach, and close to everything in downtown Falmouth main street. It is a peninsula sandwiched between Great Bay and Little Bay ponds which give its boaters access to Vineyard Sound and Martha's Vineyard.
