Needham

The Town of Needham is located in Eastern Massachusetts, bordered by Wellesley on the west and northwest, Newton on the north and northeast, the West Roxbury section of Boston on the east, Dedham on the southeast and south, and Westwood and Dover on the south. Needham is 10 miles southwest of Boston.

Needham, is a pleasant heavily suburban community with good access to Boston for commuters and a significant number of local job slots. Needham has five commuter rail stops, as well as having access to the Mass Pike and 2 entrances to 128/95, making it a desirable place to live for families and commuters.

Needham has five elementary schools, Broadmeadow School, Eliot School, Hillside School, Mitchell and Newman. As well as the Pollard Middle School and Needham High School all ranking high in the MCAS test.

There is excellent shopping as well as great restaurants in Downtown Needham, but we are also minutes to some of the finest shoping in the country - The Chestnut Hill Mall (Bloomingdales), The Atrium Mall (Abercrombie & Fitch, CheeseCake Factory and Tiffany), The Natick Collection (Nordstrom & Neiman Marcus) to name just a few.
