If there's any area of town I know the best, this is it. As a resident of Rhodes Ranch for the last nine years, I have seen this area go from a two-lane road to a major arterial with every known amenity at our fingertips.
Located about 12 miles from the Strip, this area is home to two of the newest hospitals in Las Vegas, Southern Hills Hospital and St. Rose Dominican Hospital. In turn, the area has become the hub for medical office space and related services.
There is the Rhodes Ranch general area, with condominiums, single family homes and apartments and then there is Rhodes Ranch Golf Club. The Golf Club is a master-planned community within a 24-hour guard-gated subdivision.
With a variety of homes and neighborhoods within Rhodes Ranch, there's something for everyone - from small single-story homes to mansions on the golf course with views of the Strip.
The “R” Club at Rhodes Ranch is by far the most spectacular clubhouse offered to homeowners in any Las Vegas community. Situated on seven acres, not only do we have a 35,000 square foot recreation facility (the details of which are listed below) but our community center also offers lots of fun in the sun.

Let’s start with the pool area which is called the Fun Zone. It’s fun because it has a 13,000 square foot lagoon pool with wading areas, a 10,000 square foot water park with three speed slides, five kid slides, rope bridges, multiple squirt gun stations, and a 1,000 gallon bucket that fills and tips over every five minutes. It also has a 25 meter lap pool, two eight person spas, 12 person group spa, 4 large covered cabanas, an outside basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, 4 tennis courts and a children’s playground with activity areas. "R" Clubhouse
Inside at the “R” Club is the 35,000 square foot recreation center. The club includes an indoor workout facility with a state-of-the-art circuit training area, free weights, treadmills, stationary bikes, Stairmasters, a full-length basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts and six billiard tables. No matter what your fitness level, the “R” Club offers a variety of group classes such as aerobics, yoga, kickboxing, core/abs, total body conditioning, and boot camp-style classes. There are top notch personal trainers on staff also to help you with your workouts. These are only a few of the amenities offered at the club.
There are also social areas that include a great room which feature three fireplaces along with couches, tables, chairs, books and magazines for your reading pleasure, along with a billiards room, library, craft room, card room, and a multi-purpose room.
Of course, our list would not be complete without mentioning our beautiful Ted Robinson-designed, 18 hole golf course, a guard gated entry with 24-hour roving security patrols, and the gorgeous park-like atmosphere you will enjoy as a resident of Rhodes Ranch.
