Sun City Summerlin

There are five "Sun Cities" in Southern Nevada.  The first is Sun City Summerlin in the Northwest part of the valley.

I enjoy helping buyers and sellers in Sun City Summerlin because I appreciate the amenities and value that this community offers. Even more, I'm a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and I'm certified in helping Seniors with the many decisions needed to consider during a purchase or sale.

If you're seeking an active-adult community and lifestyle, nobody does it better than Del Webb/Pulte (the builder/creator of all Sun City location.)  Sun City Summerlin has over 14,000 residents, and no matter what your interests are, there's a club waiting for you with like-minded folks (there's over 80 of them, actually.)

The community is age-restricted, with a minimum qualifying age of 55.  This is what makes Sun City special, and especially attractive to people whose quality of life matters most to them.  Sun City is also golf-cart accessible, which means you don't have to drive your car to go anywhere in the area.  Being a self-sufficient neighborhood, you can run your errands, play golf, visit friends or go to the beauty shop in your cart.  It's also environmentally friendly, since most carts run on electricity.

Sun City Summerlin has over 7,800 homes, three 18-hole championship golf courses and extensive recreational facilities. The golf courses are designed by Billy Casper and Greg Nash.

There are four social and recreational facilities, all within a few minutes drive of one another.  They are Mountain Shadows, Desert Vista, Sun Shadows and the Pinnacle.  Within these you'll find:  indoor and outdoor pools, spas, card and crafts rooms, exercise rooms, tennis courts, a 312-seat theater, three restaurants and even bocci ball courts.

When you live in Sun City, you'll pay an annual membership fee, currently $1,050 which gives you access to all the facilities described above, plus guest privileges as well.

With prices starting in the $150s for your own home, you deserve to see what Sun City Summerlin can offer  you.  Working with me as a buyer doesn't cost you a penny, yet gives you peace of mind that's priceless.

Ask me about my free reports for Seniors, too!
