Greenbriar Woodlands

Greenbriar Woodlands is a very popular 55+ community which is located in Toms River, NJ.  The community consists of 1250 detached homes, both ranch and lofted models built between the late 1980's and mid 1990's. 

Golfers will love having 18 holes of private golf right in the neighborhood.  The front 9 is par 3 and the back 9 has both par 3 and 4 holes with red, white and blue tees.

The clubhouse is the center of activity.  You will find something for everyone.  There is a large heated pool, game and meeting rooms, all kinds of clubs and classes as well as outdoor activities like shuffleboard, and bocce.
